We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at SE Health. As an RPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our clients in the community.

About the Role

This is a part-time/full-time opportunity for a Registered Practical Nurse to work day shifts in the community in Windsor and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices
  • Support clients through care transitions by collaborating and connecting them with community support services
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice and excellence in care
  • A current CPR certificate is required
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required)
