Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in Windsor. As a Registered Practical Nurse with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to our clients in the community.

About the Role:
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices, working in collaboration with other care team members and support functions.
  • Support clients through care transitions by connecting them with community support services and resources.

Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset.

  • A current CPR certificate and valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required).
