About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Fatburger. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that meet the high standards of Fatburger.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is always stocked and ready to meet demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our restaurant management team to ensure that our kitchen operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of Fatburger.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
