  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Culinary Operations

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, presentation, and service.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.

Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Culinary Skills

Proven ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, with expertise in East Indian and vegetarian cuisine.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.

Personal Qualities

Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a permanent position with 35 to 50 hours of work per week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
