About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Chef Paaji Corp. as an Executive Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances to ensure their safety and satisfaction
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accurate tracking and ordering
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
