LPN Team Leader Opportunity in Kelowna

We are seeking a motivated and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with recent supervisory experience to join our team as a Team Leader in Home Support Services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN to continue to develop and enhance their first-line supervisory skill-set.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Home Support Services by supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (CCLPNs), Community Health Workers (CHWs), and other unregulated members of the team.
- Oversee the implementation of client care plans, provide training and evaluation of care provided by staff, and advocate for changes that improve client care.
- Perform assessments, make nursing diagnoses, implement and provide personal and nursing care for clients in a community health setting.
- Provide nursing care within the LPN Standards of Practice as outlined by British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and within employer policies, procedures, limits, and conditions.
