Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or disposal of slow-moving items.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Will train.
