We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Fatburger Kelowna. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity standards of Fatburger Kelowna.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Gratuities: Receive gratuities as a form of compensation.
- Work Term: Enjoy a permanent work term with Fatburger Kelowna.
- Work Language: Work in a predominantly English-speaking environment.
- Hours: Work 35 to 40 hours per week.
