We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Fatburger Kelowna. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
