Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
