Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital transformation efforts as the Chief Clinical Information Officer. This role will be pivotal in driving the successful delivery of our digital roadmap and overall strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across digital and clinical teams. They must also possess a deep understanding of the value that technology can bring to improving quality of care, outcomes, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for leveraging technology to enhance clinical processes and improve patient safety.
  • Clinical safety of systems and processes, ensuring adherence to robust governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing strategic direction and management of key clinical informatic functions, including Clinical & Digital Information, Information Governance, and Directory of Services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders within the NHS and beyond.
