About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations and Client Success Specialist to join our team at Digital Clicks Marketing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our services, aligning project workflows with client needs, and supporting business growth through intelligent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your digital marketing expertise to understand client needs and support implementing DCM's services.
  • Utilize business insights to engage with and optimize the use of our Project Management Software for project, task, and proposal management.
  • Relate to and address the unique challenges digital marketing agencies face, contributing strategic input and improvements to existing processes.
  • Master and adhere to DCM's policies, processes, and task management protocols for delivering services, using the project management system.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a high-level understanding of the DCM technology stack and workflows.
  • Shadow and review customer projects to build a foundational knowledge base for effective project coordination and oversight.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree or college diploma in marketing or communications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a project management or operational role. Agency experience is an asset.
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets & Google Workspace and project management systems.
  • Extremely well organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quality-obsessed and aware that small details matter.
