At the East of England Ambulance Service, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare to our communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media and Relationship Building Officer for the Men's Wellbeing Network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering links between our service and similar providers within the healthcare sector, identifying and engaging with external events and networking opportunities, and providing support to colleagues in linking men with mentors or role models. They will also be responsible for coordinating social events and promoting the network's activities.

The Men's Wellbeing Network is a safe space for men and those who identify as men to share experiences and discuss issues related to mental wellbeing. We aim to promote equality and inclusion within the workplace, and to support improved experience and outcomes for our staff and patients.
