The Human Resources Business Partner at FLINT Corp. plays a pivotal role in driving business success by collaborating with senior leaders to enhance operations through HR strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational design, talent development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen skills, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to quickly develop strong relationships with team members and operational client groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide guidance on talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  3. Support recruitment and resourcing for salaried and leadership positions.
  4. Collaborate with HR teams to identify and address business challenges.
  5. Develop and maintain HR policies and programs.
Requirements
  1. Extensive knowledge of employment law, including provincial legislation, Human Rights, OH&S, and WCB in multiple jurisdictions.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources.
  5. Bachelor's Degree or a related diploma is required. CPHR designation or working towards it is preferred.
