Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient counseling and education on new therapies while tailoring to individual needs and concerns.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
- Collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information.
- Identify actual and potential drug-related problems through medication reviews.
- Monitor medication adherence and ensure prescription safety.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent health and wellness services.

- Injection and First Aid Certification.
