About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, life insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
As a pharmacist with Lawtons, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, committed to providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality patient care. Our pharmacies operate under multiple banners, spanning over 1,600 stores across Canada, giving you the chance to grow and develop your skills in a rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities- Provide patient counseling and education on new therapies, tailoring to individual needs and concerns.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services.
- Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- A current Pharmacist License in Canada, in good standing.
