Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives and drive business transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve business processes, enhance organizational performance, and drive cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive business transformation and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business processes, enhance organizational performance, and drive cultural change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in change management and business process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for business process improvement.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, business process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives and driving business transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong training and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • CCMP PROSCI or equivalent certification.
