About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that change initiatives meet strategic outcomes by focusing on the people side of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate change management processes in accordance with Interior Health's values and leadership accountabilities.
  • Develop and implement change management activities in line with Interior Health's Change Management methodology.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to integrate change management and project management activities.
  • Engage partners through a collaborative approach to planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives.
  • Consult, coach, and support project teams, executives, and managers to build capacity in change leadership.
  • Support project governance creation and organizational design to ensure effective change management.
  • Research and develop standardized IH change management processes, tools, and training initiatives.
  • Act as an advocate for the change management function and promote the utilization of the IH change framework across the organization.
  • Provide leadership, facilitation, and change support to organizational committees and planning groups.
  • Facilitate learning and deliver education sessions on successful management and integration of change.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Knowledge and experience of HCMS Workday.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
