Key Responsibilities- Consulting Services: Provide proactive consulting services to support the successful execution of strategic portfolio business functions, change, and team development.
- Leadership Development: Design, facilitate, and assess the effectiveness of learning and educational programs in leadership, change, and managerial functions to build the capacity of the organization to lead, learn, communicate, and change more effectively.
- Learning and Development: Play an integral role in the development and implementation of leadership/change development, mentoring, e-learning, engagement, and coaching services/programs across Interior Health Authority.
- Education: Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years as an internal or external Organization Development or Change Consultant, Leadership/Learning Specialist/Consultant.
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated competency in consulting/coaching, adult learning theory, leadership development, needs assessment, and program evaluation.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range for the position is $88,990 to $127,923.
