About the Role

Lantern Capital is seeking an experienced Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Train and develop junior staff members
  • Coordinate meetings and events, taking minutes as required
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic correspondence
  • Analyze data and compile statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or areas
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and proofread documents, including correspondence and reports
What We Offer

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
