We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Canadian College of Business, Science & Technology. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and faculty, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and faculty, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with data entry, compilation, and analysis, as well as preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations, as well as arrange meetings and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
