Executive Chef

The Culinary Team Lead at the Fogo Island Inn will excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for maintaining and enforcing menu standards to ensure consistently high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and setup of outside functions and catering events.
- Ensure adherence to established quality and sanitation standards.
- Set up stations for service and clean stations and kitchens following the end of service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens and storage areas.
- Other responsibilities as necessary to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:
- A sound understanding of the culinary arts and a passion for food.

- The ability to adapt and react quickly to fluid situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
