Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Role:

The Strategic Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for Ultimate Earmold Designs/Brittany Glen Hearing Centre. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
