Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop and document technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement target state architecture for business technology platforms.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, governance processes, and automation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel on technology and operations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Transition requirements to Dev and QA teams and assist in identifying test scenarios and executing UAT.
  • Deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders on project health and progress.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
  • Proven diplomatic and analytical skills.
  • Superb analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical skillsets to query and analyze data through SQL and excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
