About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Guest Supply Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and expand our customer base within your territory.
  • Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay current on our products and services, and provide training and support to customers as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software applications.
