Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Red Fin Sushi & K-Food. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or chef in a similar establishment
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a valid Food Safety Certification
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
