Job Title: Head Chef Assistant - Kitchen Operations

About the Job:
In this exciting role at Boston Pizza, you will be working as a key member of our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. As a highly skilled and dedicated individual, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all food preparation activities within the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our guests.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and attention to detail. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Assisting the Executive Chef in managing food preparation activities, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and adhering to kitchen sanitation procedures.
  • Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour, based on industry standards and taking into account the level of experience required. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to a healthcare plan and other perks.
