Business Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Business Centre Manager, you will be responsible for developing and prioritizing plans to address issues within your assigned Business Centre and drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and market share goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry codes and requirements.
  • Reflect the core values of Guillevin International and act in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Over five years of experience in sales and management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
