Business Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Business Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and management professionals to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and management professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth
  • Reflect the core values of Guillevin International by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Over five years' experience in sales and management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, and sound judgment
