Job Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient support to customers via telephone, email, and support systems. This includes accurately recording and documenting activity through the ticket system, ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, and performing ad-hoc functions and projects.
