Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

EightSix Network is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately record and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
