Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
EightSix Network is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately record and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
