Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1003155 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory management
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports to management
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
