Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Quality Control and AssuranceEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative TasksMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Work Schedules and SupervisionEstablish work schedules and supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our customers.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours35 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
