Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1003155 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work Setting

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
