As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to the diverse tastes of our guests.

Culinary Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
