Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Bankhead Restaurant and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment:

The Bankhead Restaurant and Lounge is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent service to our guests. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
