About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to User Issues

You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing difficulties with our computer systems. Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Research and Implement Solutions

You will consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to user issues. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Provide Training and Advice

You will provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.

Log and Maintain Issues

You will collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring that knowledge is shared and best practices are followed.

Business Systems Support

You will provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP education is required for this role.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role is required.

Work Language

English is the primary language required for this role.

Work Hours

35 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
