About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at OpenText. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers and partners, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft 365 to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services and products.
- Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Development, to resolve technical escalations, bugs, and feature requests.
- Provide timely progress updates to customers and account managers to maintain service level agreements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration, including all admin centers.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 collaborative tools, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Proficiency in PowerShell.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Cyber Security.
- Microsoft certification(s) in areas such as MS900, AZ900, SC900, MS220, and MS700.
- Experience working directly with Microsoft support.
