About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for working with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their technical issues. You will be a key member of our team and will work closely with our engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and software architecture
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Linux (Ubuntu), Shell Scripting, Python
  • ROS knowledge
  • REST API, iAPI
  • FactoryTalk Optix, Allen Bradley PLCs
