The Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of computer systems and networks within the organization. This position is essential for providing assistance to users and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Monitor and report on the performance metrics of computer systems and networks.
  • Assist users encountering challenges with their computer systems.

  • Offer training and advice to users based on identified issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow support analysts.
  • Engage in the redesign and enhancement of applications and software.
  • Oversee the work of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
