About the Role

CopperTree Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems and networks to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to internal teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
