About the Role

CopperTree Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to internal teams to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in technical support and network administration.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in technical support and network administration.
