Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to advisors and their teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process client requests, account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the securities industry or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
