About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Integration Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, arranging seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
