iTi Building Permit Designer Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely ordering.
Communication and Customer Service
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
