Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Village Inn-Elora. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Recruit, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Procure materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
