Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Village Inn-Elora. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient front desk operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
