Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Village Inn-Elora. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
- Procure materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
