Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the hotel.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of resources and minimize downtime.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Team LeadershipLead, train, and develop a team of front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience in a similar role is an asset.
Personal QualitiesOrganized, team player, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
Work Conditions30 hours per week, permanent position.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language required for this role.
