Strategic People Partner for Enterprise Growth

With a deep understanding of our innovative people analytics platform, you'll provide tailored talent initiatives and advice to help our clients achieve their goals.
As a Senior Talent Advisor for Business Success, you'll play a crucial role in driving manager effectiveness, facilitating organizational development, and championing data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and deploy org-wide learning initiatives, enhance toolkits and competencies, and promote our Visier values.
Your expertise in HR and talent management will be instrumental in managing employee relations cases, applying best practices, and employment law. You'll leverage our industry-leading people analytics platform to provide data insights and support leaders in making informed decisions.

As a hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with the option to join our Vancouver-based team in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We're open to considering candidates in the Eastern Time zone, so don't be afraid to apply if you're not based in Vancouver.
**What You'll Bring to the Table...**
- Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including related positions such as HR Business Partner, etc.
- Experience working in tech or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS company business models and economics
- Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation to help organizations achieve results
- Excellent business acumen and a broad view of business beyond just HR
- Experience with, or a genuine curiosity to learn, analytics and data-driven decision-making practices
- Strong functional knowledge of US employment law and the ability to research other jurisdictions and practices when needed
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
**Compensation and Benefits...**
The base pay range for this position in Vancouver is $100k - $125k / year + bonus. We offer a competitive compensation package, including additional types of compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
